Our 60-minute Kids Jiu Jitsu class is designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and character in a structured, safe, and high-energy environment. With a balanced focus on both self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu, students learn how to protect themselves, stay calm under pressure, and apply fundamental techniques through fun drills, controlled movement, and age-appropriate sparring.

Whether your child is brand new or already active in sports, this class encourages discipline, focus, and resilience—all while having a blast on the mats.

Our 45-minute Ninjas class introduces young children to the world of Jiu Jitsu through structured movement, playful learning, and positive reinforcement. Each class includes fun warm-ups focused on tumbling, balance, and body control, followed by a simple technique that builds coordination and confidence. We finish with Jiu Jitsu and wrestling-based games that keep kids engaged while reinforcing the day’s lesson.

This class helps develop focus, discipline, and physical awareness in a fun, high-energy environment—perfect for little ones just starting their martial arts journey.
