Looking to build real-world confidence and learn effective self-defense? Our Beginner Jiu Jitsu class is the perfect starting point. Designed for all fitness levels, this class delivers a moderate workout—just enough to break a sweat and get your blood flowing, but never overwhelming.


We focus on core fundamentals that work both in a street fight and on the competition mat. You’ll learn the essential movements, positions, and techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment with skilled instructors who guide you every step of the way. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or future competition, this class is where it all begins.

Our 60-minute Kids Jiu Jitsu class is designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and character in a structured, safe, and high-energy environment. With a balanced focus on both self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu, students learn how to protect themselves, stay calm under pressure, and apply fundamental techniques through fun drills, controlled movement, and age-appropriate sparring.

Whether your child is brand new or already active in sports, this class encourages discipline, focus, and resilience—all while having a blast on the mats.
